It seem to be cloud around there, right? why Chiang Mai people use to make the pollution by burn their gabage? I saw they do that everyday. You can see them all beside the road.
Please stop pollution and help our earth from Global warming.

Yeah, I noticed that also. I'm a farang from Australia and now I live here in Chiangmai with my wife and 2 sons,- it really is a wonderful place but when I see the rubbish on the side of some community roads it makes me feel a little sad and disappointed that the Thai people do this kind of thing. I notice every year now around March that the sky is filled with smoke from burning off. It's especially heavy when we don't have any rain. I think the government should make some kind of law to control the burning off,- maybe that could help.
