Chef Chalong Sakkapalangkul's recommended delights include: assorted vegetables in noodles - pad tai style with river prawns + tamarind sauce, wok fried egg noodle crackers with shrimps, chicken, cabbage + satay and warm rice noodle parcel with vegetables + tofu sauce.
