At the Royal Garden R.9 Chotana road Chiang Mai - behind the Government center close to Doi Suthep. The local government present the garden to the Flower Garden and the Lantern area.
The Tulip garden located in the cold room and open for people from 0830 - 1200 AM close at lunch and open again until 1800 PM. There're lots of flower not only tulips and they warn everyone not to touch the flower to prevent the dead of all the plants.
