- Stuffed chicken breast with gruyere cheese, spinach served on polenta and corn
- Pork tenderloin wrapped with pancetta served with yellow pepper puree and mango & passion sauce
- Hoisin marinated duck breast on Japanese pumpkin risotto, white asparagus, orange glazed
- Grilled sea bass on red pepper mashed potato with snap bean and scallop & crab sauce

- Crispy won ton with hoisin duck and shitake mushroom. Red wine sauce
- Sword fish skewers on wok fried spinach and tomato tapenade
- Goat cheese, tomato, capsicum, “Terrine” with pesto and rocket salad
- Soft shell crab with wakame seaweed and passion fruit Jelly
- Seaweed wrapped crispy big eye tuna pineapples salsa, mustard soy vinaigrette
- Spicy grilled prawn on lemon grass, pomelo mint salsa with basil chili oil

Soup:
- Spnach and lentils soup, smoked mussel, avocado oil.
- Crab bisaue with red capsicum, aioli from, crispy croutons

Salad
- Mixed leaves form royal project, carrot, celery, mango dressing
- Caesar salad with shaved parmesan and gorgonzola croutons
- Mozzarella with roasted auburgine, tomato, beetroot and red nummus
- Avocado salad with crab and chipotle dressing
