Tao Huay (Tofu Pudding)
Ingredient:
Tao Huay powder by specal food 150g
Sugar 105 g
Water 1000 g.
Preperation :
1.Sprinkle Tao Huay powder in water to dissolve one.
2.Cooking with soft light and medium industries are at 85-90C temperatures add sugar to boil 10-15 minutes, then scoop insert mould.
3.Sprinkle with coconut milk, fruit, syrup, fresh milk, as needed.
