Pa Tu Ta Pae or Ta Pae Gate was rebuilt since 1985 by the references of history, ancient remains, and picture of the old gate. In the past, people knew it as “PaTu Chiang Reuak”, but now it’s changed to “Pa Tu Ta Pae”. There are many shops around there because this place used to be a harbor. Nowadays, it’s still remained the feeling of the meeting point for both Thai and travelers.
Openchiangmai visited to Ta Pae Gate, the wonderful park in town, and asked the travelers the feeling about Chiang Mai city and people.
