Ingredient:
- Minced Pork 300 gms.
- Minced Pork Fat 30 gms.
- Chopped Coriander Root, Garlic cloves, Pepper 1 Table Spoon
- Egg
- Bean Sauce 1 Table Spoon
- sugar 1/2 Table Spoon
- Salt 1/8 Tea Spoon
- Bread
- Vegetable Oil
- Coriander, Red Chilli
Preperation :
Mix pork, garlic, coriander, pepper and eggs then season with fish sauce.
Cut toast in small squares and spread mixture evenly over them, then deep fry until golden brown and cooked.
For the dip, bring vinegar and sugar to the boil, cool down and mix with shallots and cucumber. Sprinkle chilli on top.
