Aunt Molly, she is one foreigner from England who decided to spend her life in Chiang Mai. Openchiangmai has a good opportunity to come to her house and follow her life on cooking and selling the homemade jam. We have founded that she is a good cook and easy-going person. On every Saturday, she wakes up in early morning to buys the fruit from JJ Market (Im Boon Market) by her old motorcycle. Actually, she makes the jams in every kind of fruit, but she chooses to cook it only one kind per week. We realize it probably is the best jam in each week (I’ve tasted it). And the main reason is, she has cooked her jams before I was born. It’s very long time for her success. When we were going to leave her house, she also said that in every time her jams are made with her heart.
One time if you have chance to be in the Bakery House or Kasem Store, you just try to ask for her jam branded “MOLLY MAID JAMS” to eat with your bread. That might be great!!
